“We can’t guarantee surgical perfection, but we can guarantee your personal satisfaction with the outcome.  If you’re not happy we don’t want to keep your money.”  It is as simple as that.

Not every patient is capable of “20/20 vision either before or after surgery, but we are confident in what we do and in our surgical results and we will try to give you a realistic expectation prior to you treatment of what you should expect with your unique eyes, prescription, and treatment plan.

Our greatest source of growth and "success" is your referrals. For almost every patient that we treat there are 3-4 calls from family and friends who want to know if they are "candidates" for LASIK. Our success with your eyes is the only way we will keep growing and it is your excitement and enthusiasm that gives us the satisfaction of a job well done.

"... Everything Has Met or Exceeded Our Expectations."

"To The Team at Vivid Vision:

My wife Sandy and I are long term residents of Kelowna.  For some combined 40 years we have been wearing contact lenses and glasses. For the past 5 years we had been discussing and planning a day when we could have laser eye surgery. We did our homework, researched and eventually interviewed several laser centers.

We are so pleased that we elected to stay in Kelowna and that we chose Vivid Laser. From the pre-interviews to the actual surgery and through the post surgery follow-ups everything has met or exceeded our expectations.

We both elected to have PRK correction surgery which can result in a longer recovery process. Staying in Kelowna allowed us to recover quickly in the comfort our own home.

Contacts and glasses are now things of the past.  We would like to thank Ron, Marc, Cindy, Stephanie and the rest of the team at Vivid Laser."

"... They Named Themselves Perfectly... I See Things More Vividly."

John Mellor, a volunteer fire fighter with the Lake Country Fire Department had been wearing glasses for over 34 years and thanks to Vivid Laser Eye Centre, John’s fire fighting just became a little clearer.  “I think they named themselves perfectly.” John stated “Vivid Laser Eye Centre, that’s exactly what I see now.  I can see the details in things that I never could before, I see things more vividly.”

For every emergency call John attended, his glasses were always causing him grief.  “They would fog up or get in the way; I would take them off and lose them.  There were always issues with my glasses.”

As soon as John heard about Vivid Laser Eye Centre, he made the call for a consultation.  “Everyone at Vivid is so professional and knowledgeable; I wanted to get my eyes done as soon as possible”.

Dr. Ron Baldassare, owner of Vivid Laser Eye Centre, has been doing refractive surgery for 15 years and is fellowship trained in both cornea and refractive surgery.

John says, “A reason I didn’t go ahead with the surgery before was because I wanted someone here, in the Valley that could address any concerns and do all the post-operative consultations”.

Immediately after John sat up in the chair from his Lasik procedure his sight was dramatically better.  All John had hoped was that he could see the alarm clock in the morning, watch TV without his glasses and see middle to long distances better.  He had no idea how much different his life would be without glasses.

John’s moment of clarity came three days after his procedure. An emergency call was received citing a motor vehicle accident had taken place and one of the drivers was trapped in the vehicle.  John was supposed to prop and stabilize the vehicle.  It was cold and John usually has to take his glasses off so he can see amidst the fog build up.

Johns says, “Everything was crystal clear, I didn’t have to fumble around with glasses and when I looked up on the embankment a few yards from the accident scene, I could see who was standing there.  Before I couldn’t tell who was part of my support team and who were on-lookers, but I could see everyone’s faces.   It was then I knew I had made one of the most important decisions of my life.”
